Live Bait Shipping Guarantee

We at Knutson's will Guarantee live Delivery of all Bait, including shipping if you use Next Day Delivery Service. To those customers who live with in a 100 mile radius of Brooklyn, MI regular ground shipment is considered as next day delivery. All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. All orders will have an information sheet on how to handle your Bait after you take delivery.
We at Knutson's Guarantee Live Delivery of all Bait, excluding shipping if you use any other service other than Next Day Delivery. All claims must be made within 24 hours of your receipt of product. If you wish your product will be reshipped and you will be recharged for shipping only. All orders will have an information sheet on how to handle your Bait after you take delivery.
Bait availability is subject to many conditions such as weather and seasonal availability. When such conditions arise you will be notified by e-mail or phone.
Because bait is very heat and cold sensitive, Knutson's reserves the right to change shipping carriers (US Postal Service) or hold orders if extreme conditions occur. Again you will be notified by e-mail or phone if these conditions occur.
A $3.00 charge for Extreme condition packing will be put on all orders, you will not be charged if this type of packing in not needed at time of shipment. (the Extreme condition packing includes ice or heat as needed and special extreme boxes)
All orders placed by 12 PM Monday-Wednesday will be shipped out that same day. Any order placed on Thursday for weekend delivery must go as a Next-Day Air order. There will be no Friday shipments.
All bait and shipping prices quoted are for Ground Shipment to the contiguous United States. Because we are located in Michigan, it is not possible to ship Standard Ground to the Southern and Western states unless they go by 2 Day or Next Day Air. We will notify you by email or phone when these situations occur.
We cannot ship Leeches to Minnesota, Montana and North Dakota
